Vitrail is transparent so it will affect the color of the paint underneath it. So if you have a green base and you were to add a layer of transparent yellow you'd end up with a green.
You can't bake Vitrail.
I don't know if there will be a chemical reaction between the two paints which may or may not destroy the Vitrea layer.
