Delta permenmel paints and kids

I bought the delta air-dry permenamel paints to stamp my kids hands on ceramic mugs, but I can't find guidance on whether this is safe. Do you know if it is safe to paint on kids hands/feet to make a print on ceramic?

Thank you!
