Wonderful twisted Easter basket

Hi I used 1/4" poly coated rope, hot glue gun, hot glue sticks, fabric, plastic baskets from the dollar store.

Start out gluing the tip of the rope, start on the edge of the basket. Fabric was put in between the baskets, start wrapping the rope sections at a time while gluing.

I used 3 colors to make it interesting, and colorful. So you do this with the rope till you have covered the whole basket. I used the same 3 rope colors for the handle, I measured how long I wanted it. Then I braided it, then made a spiral on one end, then the other. Glue the spiral to the basket with quite a bit of glue, then did a few stitches on the spirals with a curved needle, for more strength.
