Relief outliner

Hi Cheryl,

I am so appreciative you are on here. I have utilized this site many a time. I purchased black relief outliner from Michaels store in Va Beach and cannot get it to come out of the tube. In fact, I purchased 2 and the same thing. Is this normal? I am frustrated, as I am teaching myself to paint with Vitrail on canvas.

Hell Eileen,
It's completely understandable you'd be frustrated. Don't be hard on yourself and kudos for teaching yourself!

I have to ask the obvious question first...did you snip off the very tip of the plastic applicator? And did you unscrew the applicator to puncture the membrane of the tube?

Secondly, is the tube soft or hard? If it's hard the content has dried up and you'll need to get a refund.
