Making High Gloss Window Paints

I'm currently living in a country where I cannot purchase the window paints I use. I've been experimenting with clear glue and acrylic paints to create my own window paints, but they are dull and lack vibrant transparency. Any suggestions?

Are you looking for a permanent paint application? Or just something decorative that's temporary?

set frosted crackle glass in window frame

I have a widow frame where I want to use Pebeo Vitriol glass paint (I already have them) in a frosted crackle glass pattern. Can I heat it in tbe oven with the frame or can I just let it air cure? It is for an inside bathroom window for privacy and will not be exposed to sun or weather but possibly humidity.
