Removing the paint on the glass of a collage frame.

I bought several large collage frames that have black paint on the glass so that lots of small pictures will appear framed.
I want to use those frames for paintings --IF I CAN REMOVE THE PAINT.

Not 100% sure what you're asking but you might be able to remove the paint with a scraping tool featuring a very sharp blade.
