I bought several large collage frames that have black paint on the glass so that lots of small pictures will appear framed. I want to use those frames for paintings --IF I CAN REMOVE THE PAINT.Hi Charlene, Cheryl here from Your Decorative Painting Resource....Not 100% sure what you're asking but you might be able to remove the paint with a scraping tool featuring a very sharp blade.

This is an old dressing table/desk I bought for 50.00 and the inspiration for refinishing it was it smelled like smoke. Nothing I did would take it away.
